چکیده

El síndrome de vena cava superior, generalmente se presenta en pacientes con procesos malignos y mayor incidencia, aquellos cáncer pulmón. genera manifestaciones clínicas como cefalea que exacerba al decúbito, dolor región mandibular, cuello cintura escapular. También, los trastornos por efecto benignos bocio endotorácico, sarcoidosis, trombosis asociada a catéteres o reservorios marcapasos, quimioterapia, temporales permanentes hemodiálisis, entre otros. Para un diagnóstico acertado, es necesario hacer uso combinados radiografía tórax, tomografía axial computariza venografía contraste, ecografía la resonancia magnética, permitan determinar el sitio, naturaleza obstrucción debido tratamiento, fin mejorar condición del paciente.
